I bloody love a good old DIY wedding on a farm! Let me introduce Lauren and Tom and their very awesome farm wedding in Wales. The first time I met these guys was probably on one of the most windy and cold days of the year for their pre wedding shoot on New Brighton Beach on the Wirral. Wow it was cold! They deserved a huge hi5 after this shoot … we got some amazing pictures but the poor souls literally turned blue. Lauren rocked up to her ceremony in style … in a vintage e type jag which is one of my dream cars … it was a real head turner. Their ceremony took place at Chester Town Hall, which is also where I married the beautiful Bee Crawley 11 years ago. I’ve been a Chester Town Hall wedding photographer many times and I always love returning to the place I also married in … it is such a striking historical building and the ancient streets of Chester are perfect for great bride and groom portraits. After the ceremony we all headed to North Wales for the reception back on Tom’s parents farm.
