Rach and Seb got married at the spectacular King Street Town House, Manchester, in April. It was an awesome wedding in an awesome city!
Getting ready
Rach got ready at King Street Townhouse with her mother and bridesmaids, and there was such a relaxed vibe. She wore an Aneesa Kiani dress, and looked so stunning. She then walked the short distance through the corridors of the hotel to get to the ceremony.
Seb got ready in a separate room at King Street Townhouse. He wore a suit by Hockerty, and looked really cool.
The ceremony
The ceremony took place in a beautiful room at King Street Townhouse. The ceremony area was filled with candles, which was so perfect, such a lovely touch. The ceremony began with Rachels father giving her away, and finished with a big cheer from everyone. It was a romantic ceremony, full of so much love and private smiles.
After the ceremony, we went for couples portraits, which I love doing against urban backdrops. Then we did some family photos, which I think are really important and you should always set aside enough time to cover this. I got some hilarious portrait photos around the city. The weather was fresh and sunny, it was a beautiful day for a wedding in the city.
The reception
Rach and Seb chose to have their wedding at King Street Town House because it has so many options, and it’s so stylish and relaxed. King Street Town House is a fantastic hotel, and it’s got such a modern vibe, especially in the evenings when the the lights go down.
For the reception, the couple had organised relaxed drinks and a magician for their guests, and everyone had a blast. Everyone was then called in for the wedding breakfast, which was a slap up meal. It was gobbled down in seconds by everyone. They had speeches after the meal, which were really touching.
The evening
After the speeches, the guests made a beeline for the bar, and the evening got started.
